WELDERS - Certified aluminum TIG welders, 2nd class and above FCAW and ship repair experience. 1st & 2nd shift.  NAVSEA 248and ABS certifications.  Other certifications a plus.

OUTSIDE  MACHINIST RESOURCE MANAGER- Applicant must have a proven track record of at least 7 years of successful management of Outside Machinists in ship repair.  Must have a working knowledge of  U.S. Naval ship repair processes and procedures, as well as experience with commercial and MSC contracts.  Strong written and communication skills required.


QA/NDT INSPECTOR - UT/MT support in shipping and steel fabrications.  Individuals must must possess Levell II cetification and 1-2 years experience with ultrasonic inspection of welded structures.  Experience should include but not limited to porosity, fusion, depth and crack characterization.  Must have experience interpreting engineering drawings and following written audit guidelines.  USN 52 & 58 expereince a plus.

PIPE WELDER - Night Shift, experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, stick. 5 years experience preferred.

PROJECT MANAGER - Manage government and commercial ship repair projects. Minumum 5 years shipyard, ships officer or large construction project manager  experience. BS/A TECH or MGT.

PIPEFITTERS -1st Class, 5+ years experience.  Marine or industrial pipefitting.
Blueprint reading, bending and tack welding expected.  Superior experience level.

MATERIAL EXPEDITER
- coordinate and track all material for the fabrication shop. Work closely with purchasing, shipping/receiving, project management, QAas well as understanding and reacting to the customer's requirements and associated regulatory bodies. Must be organized with good communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD required. Applicant must be comfortable working in a hot, cold, wet environment with the ability to walk throughout the facility multiple times a day.

INSIDE MACHINIST - Journeyman level. Large pieces, manual operation and reverse engineering, some CNC, minimum of 7 yrs experience.  Night Shift a plus.

FIELD / IN-PLACE MACHINIST - Inside machinist able to machine on site. Journeyman level preferred.

SHIPFITTER/LAYOUT FABRICATOR/WELDER - 1st class with 10 yrs experience shop work

STEEL FABRICATION WELDING SUPERVISOR-  12 years professional experience in heavy steel fabrication.  Need welding/fitting experience and be capable of writing & developing weld procedures. Knowledge of  NDT &  CWI helpful.

CNC BURNING MACHINE OPERATOR - 5 years experience with operating a burning machine.  Applicant must have heavy steel knowledge and rigging skills.  A working knowledge of plasma and oxy-fuel torches is preferred.  Applicant should also have AutoCad experience.
