Applications are accepted only for currently open positions. Resumes are accepted only with completed applications. Applicants must indicate the position for which they are applying. “Any position” is not acceptable.

Applications are taken until the position is filled. All applications are kept active for 30 days and inactive for up to 1 year. Applications taken for Colonna's are also considered for open positions at Steel America, Colonna's Downriver, Colonna's Yachts and Trade Team.

Applicants are encouraged to fill out the applications as completely as possible to include all areas of knowledge, skill, ability and experience (KSA).

Persons selected as candidates will be contacted by HR. No other notification of status is available. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or a job.

Process:

The shipyard may require shift work, overtime, weekends and holidays. Most work is local either at Colonna's site or limited travel to military or other installations.

All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and background screening.

All candidates must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States as per IRC Act of 1986 (I-9).
