Must be able to pass a grade III and IV braze test. PIPE WELDERS – 5 or more years experience in shipyard trade. Must be able to pass a SMAW and GTAW for pipe welding in various materials. SHEET METAL MECHANICS – 5 or more years experience in shipyard trade. SHIPFITTERS – 5 or more years experience in shipyard trade.
STRUCTURAL WELDERS - 5 or more years experience in shipyard trade. Must be able to pass a SMAW and FCAW weld test.
425 CRANE OPERATOR/RIGGER – (2ND shift) Able to operate mobile hydraulic crane, forklift, overhead crane, and drive a truck with stretch trailer. Must have rigging experience with loads of 15 tons or more, and steel fabrication and/or new construction experience preferred. NCCCO certification a plus. 425 WELDERS – Must be able to pass a FCAW weld test. Qualified applicants will have at least 5 years of experience. Prefer applicants that have a heavy industrial steel background. 800 NDT LEVEL II WELDING INSPECTORS - Perform and report findings for QC and NDT inspections. Must be proficient as an NDT Level II ASNT in VT, MT, and PT. 2 or more years welding/fabrication inspection experience in an AWS shop is preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
410 PIPEFITTERS - 5 or more years experience in military shipyard repair work. Willing and capable of working on government and commercial vessels. Able to read blueprints and tack weld. Braizing certs are a plus. T902 RECRUITER – Hire personnel for marine, industrial and construction trade positions. Must possess a minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in the Tidewater area, with working knowledge of Taleo preferred. Microsoft Office skills required.
T902 SENIOR RECRUITING ACCOUNT MANAGER – Responsible for the development and growth of a client base through sales activity. Will oversee the full cycle recruiting of candidates being placed at customer sites. Minimum of 5 years experience in selling staffing services. Prefer experience recruiting for direct hire of manufacturing and warehouse personnel. Bachelor’s degree or previous branch office management experience a plus. Computer skills include Microsoft Office and Taleo.
