  • Randall Crutchfield
    Chairman & CEO
    Randall Crutchfield is a marine industry executive with an extensive background in ship repair, maritime fabrication, and machining as well as capital project planning and execution. Crutchfield assumed the role of Colonna’s Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Industrial Operations in 2023 where he oversaw enterprise-wide operations. Previously serving as Chief Experience Officer and Executive Director of Steel America and Weld America, he was responsible for customer experience throughout the lifecycle of interactions. Crutchfield also has substantial knowledge in various departments within Colonna’s Shipyard, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, including Procurement, Down River operations, Contracts, Project Management, Facilities, Estimating, Strategic Business Development & Acquisitions.
  • Jordan Webb
    President & General Manager
    Most recently, Jordan served as Colonna’s Vice President of Shipyard Operation’s with a multifaceted involvement within the enterprise. Joining Colonna’s in 2008, following his graduation from Virginia Tech, Jordan began his career on the waterfront as a Ship Superintendent, before moving into Project Management and serving as Operations Manager at Steel America. With his diverse background and extensive knowledge in Contracts oversight, Project Management, Estimating, Subcontracting, and Procurement for all divisions of Colonna’s, Webb is recognized as a respected leader in the maritime industry.
  • Rebecca Wieters
    Vice President and CFO
    Rebecca was appointed CFO of Colonna’s Shipyard, Inc. in April 2012, and promoted to Vice President/CFO in 2017. Rebecca has more than twenty years of experience in financial planning, control, and management, and private accounting practice leadership experience. Her specializations include internal control and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance. Prior to joining CSI, she was the Operations Controller of AMSEC, LLC in Virginia Beach. Previously, Rebecca held positions as Controller at Dynamic Engineering and Assistant Controller at Industrial Marine Services. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
  • Ken Mebane
    Executive VP of Weld America
    Following a highly successful tenure leading Colonna’s Steel America division since its inception more than 20 years ago, Ken is now responsible for the startup of Colonna’s newest line of business, Weld America. Using state-of-the-art equipment to deliver value and service, Weld America will become the premier supplier of on-site welding services for complex, difficult welding operations. With Colonna’s for more than 40 years, Ken has extensive production and facility experience in shipyard operations and has worked diligently to improve productivity, employee morale, and expand the capabilities of the Colonna’s enterprise.
  • Chris Bates
    President of Accurity
    Highly experienced in the operation and management of industrial and heavy construction, Chris Bates serves as President of Accurity Industrial Contractors, located in Owensboro Kentucky. Working comfortably in both field and office, Bates offers a full-scale of knowledge including commercial construction, municipal waste water and refinery & power projects. Chris has served in many capacities from field superintendent, project engineer, hands on project controls specialist, project controls manager, project manager, director of estimating to chief operating officer. Chris is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology with a Background in Construction Management.
