Colonna’s Apprenticeship Program

Colonna’s Apprenticeship Program

Colonna’s Apprenticeship Program is a four-year program that combines classroom/college level instruction alongside on- the-job training under the guidance of experienced craftspeople. Over the course of the four years, apprentices will receive on-the-job training (OJT) and classroom instruction (RTI) while learning a skilled trade.

Colonna’s Apprenticeship Program compensation is based on a graduated pay scale. Every six-months apprentices are evaluated on skill, performance, and grades to be eligible for the next scheduled pay increase.
